A former college principal with over a decade of academic leadership, she holds a Doctorate in Pharmacognosy and has shaped countless lives through education and discipline.

Her academic journey took root in Gujarat, where she completed both her Bachelors and Masters degrees long before women in STEM leadership were widely recognized. Raised in an entrepreneurial home with a father who owned a small scale industry, Dr. Jyothi naturally evolved into a figure of quiet strength, intellectual depth, and unwavering determination.

To the founder, she is more than a mother. she is a mentor, a mirror, and the original leader whose example shaped his journey. “Raising a kid like me wasn’t easy,” he says, “but she stood long and strong, never letting me fall.”
